Technical Assistance Process

Requesting Technical Assistance:

Complete the Project Support Form. Submit your request for review within 48 hours.
Virtual Assistant Assignment. Your request is forwarded to our available Technical Virtual Assistants (TVA's) with a deadline.
Collecting Questions. Questions from the TVA are gathered and forwarded to you for review and clarification.
Receive Quotes. After clarifications, you'll receive quotes for your project.
Review and Select. Review quotes, CVs, and portfolios to choose the best TVA. Interviews are optional but highly recommended.
Sign Terms of Service. Proceed to sign the terms of service after selecting your TVA.
50% Upfront Payment. Pay 50% upfront to cover half of the project.
Project Communication. The TVA will update you regularly on the project's status.
Final Payment. Once 50% of the project is done, pay the remaining 50%.
Free Revisions. Two free revisions are included. Additional revisions incur extra costs.
